BZU Summer Vacations Starting from 27th May, 2016. Notification Issued
BAHAUDDIN ZAKARIYA UNIVERSITY, MULTAN NOTIFICATION

All the Teaching Departments/Centers/Institutes/Sub Campuses and Constitute Colleges of the Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan will remain closed from 27th May, 2016 to till further order on account of Summer Vacation. The Faculty assigned the teaching work will be compensated by giving them earned leave for the period they remained present during summer vacation as per University Rules. The University Library and Offices of the Teaching Departments will remain open during the Summer Vacation 2016.
The Chairmen/Chairpersons/Senior Most Teacher/HODs of Teaching Departments, Deans of the Faculties, Directors of the Centers/Institutes, Principals of Constituent Colleges, Director Students Affairs, Project Directors of Sub Campuses, Wardens and Superintendents of University Hostels will remain on duty. If, however, they intend to enjoy any part of the Summer Vacation, they may do so with permission of the Vice-Chancellor, before they leave, they shall make alternative arrangements for the administration of their Departments in their absence, they will apply for crediting of leave on the prescribed proforma after performing duty during summer vacation. In case any teacher is required to remain on duty for any essential service during the vacation, prior approval of the Vice-Chancellor will be obtained.
