- Candidate has got admission in any of the top ranking 200 universities of the world.
- Admission is taken in the post graduate program.
- Age of the candidate is under 30 years at the time of admission in the university.
- He/She is unable to continue studies due to financial crises.
- Has obtained 3.5 CGPA in the latest examination.
