Final Examination of BS- 04 Year Program for 6th Semester, Session (2013-2017) & S. Semester, Session (2012-2016) for the colleges affiliated with B.Z.U. Multan will be commenced from 11-05-2017. Schedule for the submission of Admission Forms is given as under:

Last date for submission of admission forms with single fee: 26-04-17 8. 

Last date for submission of admission forms with double fee: 25-04-17 9. 

Last date for submission of admission forms with Triple fee: (one week before the commencement of the examinations).

NOTE: Attach the following computerized statements with the admission forms:- 

. Subject statements : 3 copies 

Fee statement : 3 copies 

Discipline wise figure statement : 3 copies 

Mid Term date sheet : 2 copies
